[Video] David Guetta – ‘Where Them Girls At’ Ft. Flo Rida & Nicki Minaj…

David Guetta teams up with rappers Flo Rida and Nicki Minaj for his latest dance anthem ‘Where Them Girs At’; the first single taken from his forthcoming album ‘Nothing But The Beat’. I know this kind of tune is more Flo Rida’s style, but I weren’t too sure about Nicki; however after watching the video and listening to the track like a hundred times it has somehow changed my opinion, and now I believe that it does all sorta work 🙂

The French DJ proves that he can even make a whole city get down to his infectious dance number, with giant bubbles filled with rhythmic gas floating among the people of LA, causing them to burst out in dance – yep the creativity in the video is clearly suitable for an equally bubbly tune 🙂 I must admit this song isn’t one of my favourites from the producer, but whatever the track I believe that he will forever keep his listeners on their feet!

Beyonce Reveals Her Life’s Lessons, Personal Achievements and Her Future Plans On “Piers Morgan Tonight”…

Piers Morgan meets up with Beyonce in London for an intimate interview for CNN’s “Piers Morgan Tonight”. The singer speaks on her glistening and thrilling performance at Glastonbury, empowering women through her music, and NOT retiring any time soon which was the tiny part of the interview that was hugely wonderful to hear :-D. Beyonce also discusses her appreciation for her achievements, as she took time out of the spotlight, allowing time to reflect on her career to date, and enjoying her success.

As a major fan of the feisty singer, I admire her highly for fact that she has remained humble throughout her career and it was real intriguing hearing all her personal stories 🙂

*Updated with Official Video* Cher Lloyd’s Debut Single ‘Swagger Jagger’ Leaks!…

So Cher Lloyd has named her debut single… ‘Swagger…….Jagger’?

It’s a shame that her new song has been slated since it was leaked online, but I guess she is asking for major criticism with an inane title like that! We can’t deny that the song’s context was so expected of the singer – it’s hardly surprising for her to come out with a swag-related number considering she won over the X Factor audience with her rendition of Keri Hilson’s ‘Turn My Swag On’, at her audition in 2010.

I do find the nursery-rhyme-ish chorus extremely cringy; it really does sound like a hook made up by a bunch of school kids in the playground, yet it is very infectious! – which does actually make for a great hit these days. The song’s a grower and I do think it has potential for chart success, yet I will still never…EVER accept that dumb title…Swagger Jagger!??  :-/

*Updated* Melissa Molinaro’s Big Week In The UK…with me :-)

Sadly I’ve been neglecting my blogging duties this week, but HAPPILY the reason being is that this week I’ve been tour managing an upcoming Canadian/Italian artist Melissa Molinaro, who made her on-screen debuts on Making The Band 3 and Pussycat Dolls: The Search For the Next Doll. The LA singer/dancer/actress has been in the UK this week promoting her new single Dance Floor, and her co-starring role in the new dance movie Honey 2…which is out now!

This has been a hectic, yet a wonderful week for myself and most importantly Melissa, with a crazy amount of interviews including Bang Radio, Choice FM, and BBC Radio, her trip to MRK1’s studio in Manchester to lay down some hot new tracks, and ending off her busy week with an incredibly sassy performance at Bar Music Hall last night (10th June)!

While Melissa is quite rightfully chilling out today, I’ve finally found time to resume my blogging and upload a video I recorded of her rehearsal, the official video for her latest single ‘Dance Floor’ plus the Honey 2 movie trailor – so check them out below and be sure to go see the movie! 🙂

*UPDATE*

Melissa’s latest performance was at her Single Launch Party at Whisky Mist last night (14th June) …it was a fantastic night and here’s a few snippets from the night’s photo album below…

Behind The Scenes: Michelle Williams Shoots Video For New Single ‘On The Run’

Michelle Williams steps back into the world of releases as she is currently in Ibiza, Spain filming the video for her new single ‘On the Run’.

Dance music is clearly ruling the music scene right now, especially now summer has arrived, however it may be that the track that I’m faintly hearing proves that not every artist can cut it – it very well may be because I’ve heard the singer switch from Pop artist, to Gospel artist, and now Dance artist… plus I do feel that her voice is too soulful for the snappy dance sound and is far better suited to a smooth R’n’B composition. Although my opinion could be slightly premature considering I’ve only heard a snippet of the track! So I’ll definitely wait to hear more material from her. 🙂

As I see it she is following in her fellow Destiny’s Child member’s footsteps with the heavy beat and pounding bassline sound. I’m hoping that she will receive a great response from music fans as I would love to see her finally become as successful as her peers. But for now you can hear a snippet of her new single below as the singer shoots her sizzling video…
